This series of lathes features a wider and more rigid bed than ordinary lathes, making it less prone to deformation. The guideways are manufactured using a high-frequency quenching process, ensuring durability, wear resistance, and a long service life. It is suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and surfaces of revolution. It can also be used to machine various metric, imperial, module, and diametral pitch threads, and can perform drilling and oil groove machining. The machine tool is easy and centralized to operate, with a rapid traverse mechanism on the slide. Its structure and transmission rigidity are higher than ordinary lathes, resulting in extremely high applicability and suitability for heavy-duty cutting.
