Boasting a high-strength cast iron bed, the CW6180 is a heavy-duty horizontal lathe with 800mm max. swing diameter and 1500/2000/3000mm center distance choices, featuring an 18-speed gearbox and 130mm spindle bore—perfect for roughing/finishing large shafts and discs in machinery manufacturing.
Product features:
1.MANUAL CHUCK:The standard version is equipped with a 3-jaw or 4-jaw manual chuck
2.2 AXIS DRO:2 axis digital readoutis optional accessory,clinets can choose it asrequirement.
3.GEAR SPINDLE BOX:Classic gear shifting device, gear engagement is more accurate/fast
4.STEADY REST:Steady rest are optional accessories, need extra cost.
5.QUENCHED TAILSTOCK:The tailstock sleeve is treated with high-frequency quenching and carefully ground to prevent wear and tear.
6.FOUR-STATION TOOL HOLDER:Four-station tool holder,fast-moving mechanism,can be operated with one hand, and tool holder pro-tection is optional.
