VMC855 High Performance Milling Machine CNC Machining Center with 24-Tool ATC
The machining center features X, Y, and 2 coordinate control for its feed axes, and a servo motor-driven spindle. Tool magazine capacity is selectable from 16 to 24 tools. It can perform multiple machining operations such as drilling, milling, boring, reaming, and tapping on various complex parts including discs, plates, housings, cams, and molds in a single setup. Its three-axis hardened guideway structure makes it suitable for single-piece and batch production of various complex parts across industries. The programmed machining process shortens the production cycle, resulting in significant economic benefits for users.
